All sales are final on perishable food products. If shipments are delivered to non-temperature controlled environments, please understand that this may affect the quality of the product. We ice and insulate packages as best we can, but some conditions are beyond our control. After receiving confirmation of delivery with a tracking number, we recommend planning to receive your package in a timely manner.
