Meet the bean-to-bar chocolate maker who is bringing a taste of Hawaii, the home of delicious, high-quality chocolate, to Idaho. Ours was a family business, where we grew and harvested cacao for years and learned the art of making chocolate from scratch. Since then, I have honed my skills taking classes based in Chicago and San Francisco and working with chocolate almost daily.
Now, I am proud to bring my passion and expertise to Idaho. My chocolate bars are made from the finest beans that are both organic and ethically sourced. I love experimenting with seasonal flavors and creating delectable bars and hot chocolates. But it’s not just about the chocolate - I also love meeting people at markets and events.
