Piloncillo Chili Dark Chocolate Bar

Cones of brown sugar (piloncillo) are shaved and blended with chilis, salt, and lime to give an addictive salty, sweet plus heat taste to our 72% dark chocolate. To add some crunch we throw some freshly roasted cocoa nibs into the mold before pouring.
