Morning Coffee Milk Chocolate Bar

This chocolate bar uses a few elements to earn the name “Morning Coffee.” First, we used Italian Espresso as the primary get you up and out of bed ingredient. Then we added crunchy cocoa nibs toasted in a skillet with a touch of sugar and a heavy sprinkling of Canela Cinnamon that is ground just before adding. We decided to use this combination with our milk chocolate for a “latte” effect and now like to keep a bar next to our computers for a quick pick me up.
